ABOUT CROWN & COUNTRY
Hello, I’m Emma, founder of Crown & Country Travel.
I’m on a mission to make our world ‘delightfully smaller’ by drawing upon decades of on-the-ground travel expertise, local knowledge, and hand-picked connections to tailor bespoke travel experiences throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe for my clients.
I’m British, and I grew up in both the UK and the US (Chattanooga, Tennessee you’ll always have a piece of my heart). You could say I’ve spent a lifetime traveling across the Atlantic (because I have!). For decades, I’ve worked with people to create trips that help them go deeper than generic itineraries and cookie-cutter crowd-sourced must-see lists. Over time, this passion for helping others experience these countries and regions as an insider would has become my purpose.
I started Crown & Country because I know how challenging it can be to know where to look, where to go, and who to turn to for those authentic experiences and special places we all seek when we’re putting together our next vacation — especially when you’re planning from a distance.
Because I live here, I have access and eyes on opportunities, experiences, places and events you need to be here to know about. Using this vantage point to my clients’ advantage, I take pride in creating itineraries that thoughtfully interweave each traveller’s interests and preferences with the very best places, experiences, accommodation and extras for them — knowing every person’s wishlist, and every person’s needs, are unique.
